I went to Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan to learn Japanese language, business administration, work ethics and Japanese culture.
During the course duration of four years I closely observed the most important element of Japanese business and service industry, that is Omotenashi (おもてなし), meaning caring enough to empathise with customer needs and giving them what they want even before they ask for it. I am a strong believer in applying Omotenashi in my professional life and Jewelry business.
My passion for gems and jewelry took me the Gemological Institute of America, California where I pursued my studies to become a Graduate Gemologist. Being an active GIA, alumni helps me keep myself updated with latest Jewelry trends in news relating to the Gems and Jewelry World. This helps me communicate with my customers in most professional way and give them the best products and services as they expect and want.
